SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY POLICY

As SILVERRING METAL SAN. A.Ş., we value establishing trust-based relationships with all our stakeholders and aim to promote a responsible and sustainable supply chain approach. To create sustainable value, we adopt an approach that considers environmental, social, and ethical values and emphasizes the development of society, while also striving for our suppliers and stakeholders to adopt similar behavior. Within this scope, all our suppliers and business partners are expected to:

    • Provide employees with rights in accordance with legislation and working conditions.
    • Avoid all forms of discrimination (religion, language, race, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, etc.) and not tolerate such behaviors from employees; take necessary precautions.
    • Never tolerate any form of physical, sexual, psychological, and/or emotional harassment or violations of inviolability in any place where employees are present due to work; such actions are contrary to law and ethics.
    • Not engage in any form of forced or compulsory labor; employment decisions must be based on free choice.
    • Not employ child labor and must comply with all relevant national and international standards, particularly ILO and UN conventions that define the minimum working age restrictions.
    • Take all necessary occupational health and safety measures, provide required training, equipment, and tools, and ensure the management of health and safety risks and prevention of occupational accidents and diseases.
    • Carry out operations in compliance with all applicable local and international environmental laws and regulations; assess the environmental impact of activities and decisions; take necessary steps to protect natural resources, reduce waste, use clean energy, support recycling, and control pollution.
    • Not give or accept bribes, or engage in corruption; take measures to prevent bribery and corruption and comply with all applicable national and international anti-corruption laws.
    • Avoid conflicts of interest and any activities that could be perceived as such; notify relevant parties in case of potential conflicts.
    • Gifts sent by suppliers that could be perceived as creating a dependency or irregularity (excluding commercial or promotional materials) will not be accepted.
    • Report any ethical or illegal issues that arise.
    • Effectively and integrally manage all materials, information, technology, money, methods, labor, and other resources within the supply chain.
    • Design processes using lean, value-added, and innovative methods to achieve performance goals and continuously improve.
    • Provide stakeholders with multiple complaint channels and establish procedures for investigating complaints.
    • Maintain accurate, honest, and timely records of all transactions; not falsify records or conceal transactions, and retain records in accordance with legal requirements.
    • Protect all confidential information, including trade secrets, know-how, and financial data of SILVERRING METAL SAN. A.Ş.
    • Avoid using “conflict minerals” in operations and refrain from supporting illegal conflicts, human rights violations, or their funding.

Our business mindset requires us to work only with suppliers who consistently meet our standards and specifications and align with our corporate values. We expect suppliers not only to comply with rules but also to show reasonable effort to exceed expectations and promote continuous improvement in their operations. These rules apply to all contracted suppliers, business partners, and to SILVERRING METAL SAN. A.Ş., who are expected to relay these requirements throughout their own supply chains. We commit to collaborating with all stakeholders in this regard.

Supplier Declaration:
As a supplier of SILVERRING METAL SAN. A.Ş., we irrevocably accept, declare, and commit that:

  • We have carefully read the SILVERRING Sustainable Supply Policy shared by SILVERRING.
  • We are aware of all laws and regulations related to our operations in the countries we operate.
  • We will inform SILVERRING in case of any violations related to the rules specified in this policy.
  • We will fully comply with the requirements of the policy without any comment or exception, and view these requirements as opportunities for development.
  • We will inform all our employees and subcontractors about the SILVERRING Sustainable Supply Policy and ensure their full compliance.

We also declare in advance that we authorize SILVERRING or any organization appointed by SILVERRING to audit the compliance of our company or subcontractors with the Sustainable Supply Policy at any time without prior notice.
