Occupational Health and Safety Policy

People are our most valuable asset. In this regard, ensuring that our employees and subcontractors work in a healthier and safer environment is one of our top priorities. To fulfill this commitment, we have established an occupational health and safety system, which we strive to perfect through continuous improvement, with the goal of achieving “Zero Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases.”

To realize this policy, our company is committed to:

  • Proactively identifying and eliminating potential situations, behaviors, and risks that could lead to work accidents or occupational diseases through effective risk assessment,
  • Identifying risks that may cause work accidents or occupational diseases and ensuring the health, safety, and social well-being of all employees, subcontractor personnel, and visitors, while aiming to minimize any potential material or moral loss for them and their families,
  • Providing training in occupational health and safety to our employees and subcontractors to help them develop strong awareness and understanding of OHS practices,
  • Ensuring that subcontractor personnel and visitors working at our facilities comply with the occupational health and safety rules set by our company,
