has established Quality Control processes that it attaches high importance within its organizational structure. Quality control activities, which are indispensable elements of the continuity of Customer Satisfaction, are handled within the framework of “PREVENTION” logic based on a proactive approach.
For customer-specific products; before the start of mass production activities, mutual agreement, testing and reporting processes are carried out, the characteristics of the product are determined to cover all the expected functions of the product and the Sample Production stage is started.
The produced samples are checked according to the acceptance criteria with real applications. In this way, it is aimed to prevent the customer from experiencing problems during the use of our products. In case of agreement on the outputs obtained, customer approval is obtained.
In the products that are put into mass production; according to the instructions defined in our Quality Management Systems, controls are carried out and recorded at every stage by applying Technical Control Criteria.
Feedback from our customers about the shipped products is classified and recorded. Necessary evaluations are made and Root-Cause research is conducted. According to the data obtained as a result of the examinations, the source of the problem is determined and solution suggestions are produced. At these stages, detailed reports are made to our customers. Corrective-Preventive Actions determined by mutual agreement are carried out, their effectiveness is checked and approved.
Our quality control activities cover all of our raw material and semi-finished input control, production stages, stocking, packaging and shipment processes.
