Quality Control
It has established Quality Control processes to which it attaches great importance within its organisational structure. As an indispensable element of sustained customer satisfaction, quality control activities are handled with a proactive, "PREVENTION" mindset.
For products manufactured specifically for customers, before mass production activities begin, mutual agreement, testing and reporting processes are carried out so that the product’s specifications are defined to cover all its expected functions, and the process moves on to the Sample Production stage.
The samples produced are inspected against acceptance criteria under real-world applications. This aims to prevent the customer from experiencing problems while using our products. Where agreement is reached on the results obtained, customer approval is obtained.
For products that move into mass production, inspections are carried out and recorded at every stage by applying Technical Inspection Criteria according to the instructions defined within our Quality Management Systems.
Feedback received from our customers regarding dispatched products is classified and recorded. The necessary assessments are made and a Root-Cause investigation is carried out. Based on the data obtained from these examinations, the source of the problem is identified and solution proposals are produced. Detailed reports are provided to our customers at these stages. Corrective/Preventive Actions agreed upon mutually are implemented, and their effectiveness is checked and approved.
Our quality control activities cover the entirety of our raw material and semi-finished goods incoming inspection, production stages, storage, packaging and dispatch processes.
